To open to what is behind the veil we must be willing to accept it as part of the new reality. That doesn't mean trying to get rid of it at any or all opportunities. Its not all cotton candy and sugar plum fairies in the astral and certainly not in the lower astral. Yet one can be accepting that it is there without giving it any attention. Ignore the voices or the visuals. You may receive them anyway but you do not need to react with your ego fears. Just realize "Oh thats from them" (yawn) and move on. This also teaches mindfulness and the ability to focus on what is important to your awareness rather than having something else pushed in front of your focus. - chrism
